ADHD Support & Strategies

Living with ADHD can affect every part of your life, but it doesn't have to mean constantly working against yourself. Together, we'll identify your strengths and harness these to overcome your challenges. With the right support, you’ll keep taking small steps forward to create strategies that feel realistic, sustainable and uniquely yours.

Understanding a new
ADHD diagnosis

You’re newly diagnosed, or maybe you've always known. Overthinking, routines that don't stick, a brain that's either full of ideas or none at all. I'm ADHD-certified and specialize in working with adults navigating this.

Building routines
that actually stick

You’ve tried planners, apps and new systems, but nothing seems to last. I’ll help you build flexible routines around how your brain actually works, so they feel realistic and easier to maintain.

Managing overwhelm
and overthinking

When everything feels equally urgent, it can be hard to know where to begin. Together, we’ll quiet some of the noise, break things into manageable steps and find ways to move forward.

Strengthening confidence
and self-esteem

Years of feeling behind, misunderstood or “not good enough” can take a toll. I’ll help you recognize your strengths, understand your patterns and build a more compassionate relationship with yourself.

Navigating ADHD at work

Masking, deadlines, competing priorities and workplace expectations can be exhausting with ADHD. Together, we’ll develop practical strategies that help you work more effectively without constantly pushing yourself past your limits.

Improving organization
and follow-through

Starting tasks may come easily while finishing feels nearly impossible, or it’s the reverse. Or maybe certain tasks become buried beneath everything else. I’ll help you create practical systems for prioritizing, organizing and following through.

When We Meet

Support built around how your brain works

You do not need to arrive with a clear goal or a list of everything you want to change. Our sessions are a place to slow things down, talk honestly about what you are experiencing and better understand how ADHD shows up in your life.

I’ll meet you with curiosity, compassion and optimism. Together, we’ll identify the patterns that are making things harder and develop practical strategies that feel realistic for you.

One-to-One Sessions

Our sessions are collaborative and centred on what you need most. As an ADHD-certified practitioner, I’ll bring thoughtful questions, practical tools and an understanding of the challenges adults with ADHD often face.
‍
This is not about fixing who you are or forcing yourself into systems that were never designed for you. It is about understanding your brain, recognizing your strengths and finding approaches that work for you.

‍

Duration and Focus

Each session gives us dedicated time to explore what is happening, understand what may be contributing to it and focus on a meaningful next step. We might work through overwhelm, organization, motivation, emotional regulation, workplace challenges or creating better routines.
‍
My goal is for you to leave each session with greater clarity, more self-compassion and something practical you can begin using in your day-to-day life. How long we work together depends on your goals and budget.

Frequency and Ongoing Support

We’ll begin with an initial consultation to understand what you are experiencing and whether counselling or coaching would be most helpful. Next, we can figure out what pace feels best for you. If possible, it can be helpful to meet weekly or biweekly for the first few sessions to build rapport and momentum.
‍
Your needs may change as you learn more about yourself and begin trying new approaches. We can adjust the frequency and focus of our sessions over time so the support continues to feel comfortable, relevant and useful.

You Don’t Have to Keep Pushing Through Alone

Living with ADHD can leave you wondering why things that seem simple for other people feel so difficult for you. You are not lazy, incapable or failing. We can begin exactly where you are, make sense of what has been getting in the way and build supports that fit your brain and your life.
