Career Transitions

Every career transition looks different. You might be questioning your direction, feeling burnt out, or struggling with a specific challenge. Together, we'll explore what's underneath these feelings and find a path forward that’s right for you.

Recovering from burnout

Burnt out. Unfulfilled. Wondering if you chose the right career. Together, we will uncover your values and purpose, then use these as a compass for the path forward.

Clarifying your values
and purpose

When you dread going to work in the morning, it can be hard to decipher what needs to change. I’ll help you figure out what’s missing and reconnect with what matters to you.

Exploring career change
or a new direction

You may be considering a new role or an entirely different field. Together, we’ll explore the possibilities and find a direction that feels like a better fit.

Building confidence
to make decisions

Career decisions can feel overwhelming, especially when there is a lot at stake. I’ll help you understand your priorities, weigh the pros and cons of various options, and move forward with greater confidence.

Creating healthier
boundaries at work

Work that consumes all of your time, energy and mental bandwidth is not sustainable long-term. Together, we’ll identify what needs to change and work towards creating boundaries that protect your well being.

Navigating workplace
challenges and uncertainty

Change, conflict and uncertainty at work can leave you feeling anxious or unmoored. I’ll help you understand what is within your control and respond in a way that feels thoughtful and intentional.

Can Look Like

A safe space to find your way forward

Our sessions are a place to slow things down, share what is happening and understand what you need from your work and your life.

I’ll meet you wherever you are in the process. Together, we’ll explore what feels difficult, uncover what matters most and turn that understanding into practical next steps.

One-to-One Sessions

Our sessions will feel like a collaborative exploration. I’ll ask thoughtful questions and reflect back what I’m hearing or picking up on. No matter what I offer, you can always accept, reject or modify it. I’ll give you the space to reflect and work through things at your own pace.
‍
This is not about telling you what career to choose. It’s about helping you understand yourself more clearly so you can make whatever decisions feel right for you.

‍

Duration and Focus

Each session gives us dedicated time to explore what is happening, identify anywhere you’re getting stuck and identify a meaningful next step. Depending on your needs, we may work through a specific decision, examine recurring patterns or develop practical strategies you can begin using right away.
‍
My goal is for you to leave each session with greater clarity, renewed motivation and something useful to carry forward. How long we work together depends on your goals and budget.

‍

Frequency and Ongoing Support

We’ll begin with an initial consultation to understand what you are experiencing and whether coaching or counselling would be the best fit. From there, we can determine a pace that feels right for you. If possible, it can be helpful to meet weekly or biweekly for the first few sessions to build rapport and momentum.
‍
Your needs may shift as we work together. We can adjust the frequency and focus of our sessions over time so the support continues to feel comfortable, relevant and useful.

You Don’t Have to Figure This Out Alone

Career transitions can bring up uncertainty, fear and a lot of competing questions. You do not need to have everything mapped out before reaching out. We can begin exactly where you are, take things one step at a time and find a way forward that fits who you are and what you need.
