There’s No Script to Follow.
Just a Thoughtful Way Forward.

Reflection comes first, then we move forward together.

We take time to understand where you have been, where you are now and where you’d like to be. We will also look at what’s been holding you back. We will make sure your next steps reflect who you are, rather than who you think you are supposed to be.

Step One: Understanding Your Values

We begin by identifying the values that feel most important to you, then look at which ones are present or missing from your life. We go beyond generic terms to explore what each value means to you personally. This gives us a clearer foundation for the decisions ahead.

‍

Step Two: Exploring Your Purpose

Next, we look at what gives you a sense of meaning and fulfillment based on the essence of who you are. If needed, we can also explore your strengths, especially related to work. We will then use this information to guide your path forward.

Step Three: Addressing What's in the Way

Once we understand what matters and where you want to go, we look honestly at what may be making it difficult to move forward. That could include anxiety, low confidence, burnout, fear of failure or difficulty trusting yourself.
‍
This is often where we spend the most time. Together, we’ll make those barriers feel more manageable and develop practical ways to begin moving through them.

Your Sessions, Your Pace, Your Priorities

There is no rigid formula for how our sessions need to unfold. You will bring whatever you need support with. I’ll provide deep listening, thoughtful questions, useful resources and gentle accountability. In our best moments together, there will be new insights and shifts in energy.
‍
If we move away from what you originally wanted to discuss, I’ll check in with you. We can return to the plan or continue exploring what has come up. Either way, the session remains centred on what feels most useful to you.

AREAS OF FOCUS

Wherever You Are,
We'll Begin There

Some people come to me because their career no longer feels like the right fit. Others are beginning to understand themselves through a recent ADHD diagnosis. Both can bring doubt, uncertainty and questions about what comes next. If this feels familiar, I’d love to connect.

Career Transitions

Burnt out. Unfulfilled. Wondering if you chose the right career. Together, we will uncover your values and purpose, then use these as a compass for the path forward.
